Waitlist privacy notice
Effective 18 October 2026
This notice covers the PerShare waitlist at pershare.app, run by ABKH Solutions Pty Ltd (“PerShare”, “we”). Questions or requests: pershare.app@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Your email address.
- How you reached the page: the campaign tags in the link you used, the name of the website that sent you (not the full address), the page you first landed on, and whether you opened it inside an app such as Instagram or TikTok.
- Your country, worked out from your connection. Your IP address is not stored with your sign-up.
- Whether your browser sent the Global Privacy Control signal, and the time you joined.
Until you join, your browser keeps a note of the link you arrived on (in its local storage), so it is still known if you join later. No cookies are set, and there are no advertising or analytics trackers on these pages.
Why
To confirm you joined, to email you when PerShare opens, and to learn which of our links and posts bring people to the waitlist.
Who else handles it
Cloudflare hosts the site, stores the list in the United States, sends our email and runs the check that keeps bots out. We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers.
Your choices
Every email we send has a link to remove yourself from the list. You can also email us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you.
How long we keep it
Until you remove yourself, or until we close the waitlist after launch.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will post the new version here with a new date.
